We provide professional repair services for various devices and equipment. All repairs are subject to:

  • Initial diagnostic assessment
  • Customer approval of repair costs
  • Availability of parts and components
  • Technical feasibility of repair

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment as specified at the time of service.

Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our repair work. The warranty period and coverage will be specified for each repair job. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications
  • Issues unrelated to our repair work

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any repair service is limited to the cost of the repair itself. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Backing up important data before repair
  • Providing accurate information about the device and issues
  • Picking up repaired items within the agreed timeframe
  • Payment of all agreed-upon charges
